On the v1.3 regression

BOSS Offline AI v1.3 improved instruction-following and structured output, but general knowledge declined from 40% to 16.7% on our knowledge evaluation. We published that number rather than omit it, because a benchmark you only report when it flatters you is not a benchmark. Which version to choose depends on your task: v1.3 for reasoning-heavy, structured work; v1.1 for broad knowledge recall. See Benchmarks for the numbers and Projects for the artefacts.

Older releases will be added here as their notes are confirmed. We do not backfill a date or a version we cannot source.
